Chaikin Power Tools Desktop Widget - Trade And Analyze Stocks From PC or Mac!

This video explains how to set up and use the Chaikin Power Tools Desktop Widget. With the Desktop Widget, you are now able to access all of the powerful tools Chaikin Power Tools has to offer from any Windows or Mac computer!

To get the widget, first go to the products page on chaikinpowertools.com and scroll to "Widget for Desktop Computers". Then click "Install Now" on the "Download the Free Desktop Widget" red button and the installation process will begin. A Chaikin Power Tools shortcut icon will be placed on your desktop - click this to open the software.

Once installation completes, the Chaikin Power Tools login screen will appear. If you've never used our software before, you will need to create an account. To do this, click the "create a free account" link on the login screen. Now just enter your e-mail address and desired password and then click the "Create Account" button. A verification message will be sent to your e-mail address. Open this e-mail and click the provided link to activate your account.

Click the "Continue" button to be taken back to the login screen. Now that you've verified your account, simply enter your e-mail address and password to log in!

If you ever forget your password, simply click the "Reset Password" link on the login screen and enter your e-mail address into the pop-up form. Further instructions will be sent to your e-mail address.

Once you've logged in, you'll be greeted with your stock watch list. This is where you will store all of the stocks you wish to monitor. To add a new stock to this list, simply enter the ticker symbol in the text box at the top of the screen and press your enter key. To delete a stock, hover your mouse over it and click the x button to the right of the stock.

To view more detailed information about a stock, simply click on it. A panel will expand to the right of your watchlist displaying the Chaikin Power Gauge model. If you click on the "Chart" button, you can view both intraday and 6 month charts for the stock, plus you can scroll through various Company Fundamentals at the bottom of the screen.

For more detail on any stock, click the "Research" button at the bottom of your watchlist. You can subscribe to unlimited Chaikin Power Gauge Reports with a free 30-day trial.

Begin trading by clicking the "trading" button at the bottom of your watchlist.

To trade within Chaikin Power Tools, you will need an optionsXpress account. To create one, simply click the link below the optionsXpress login window and follow the instructions. Once you have an account, log in to begin trading.

To place a trade, simply enter your stock symbol, desired quantity, and action and click "Place Order".

You can track your orders, positions, and account information by clicking the corresponding tabs at the top of the trading window.
